Big milestone this week: Passed rough framing, electrical and plumbing inspection.
Installation and drywall start next week.
New tub installed
A/V Pre-wiring completed. This is the new A/V closet and patch panel ready to be trimmed out.
New electrical subpanel passed inspection. Ready for trim out and hook up.
Oooops! Bay window needs to be raised 2"
Oooops! Pantry door must be moved 2" to left to make room for cabinets.
Tar paper and chicken wire almost completed. Still nee a front door.
