Roadtrip to Palm Springs

First trip in Barbara’s new Tesla Model S (2017)
Tesla Supercharger station at Kettleman City. They had a terrific
waiting room, free fast internet, snacks, and comfee seats.
Went downtown to pay our respects to Elvis and Marilyn
Lovely sidewalk dinner at the
Kalura Trattoria
on main street
After dinner we browsed the
Villagefest…more than 200
booths
50 mile drive to Joshua
Tree Nation Park.
We stopped near the
entrance to charge up.
What luck !
The supercharge is in the
parking lot of a casino.
This is a Joshua Tree.
We just missed the
flowering season.
