| We flew from San Jose to Austin. Then drove to San Antonio. It was a hot day, 98ºF. Arrived at Troy and Anne's new house about 5:00pm. The house seemed a little small by Texas standards. |

And the kitchen was huge. |

The dining room was converted to a play room. |
 |

The house has 4 bedrooms (enough for grandma and grandpa to have their own room) plus an office on the main floor. |

The backyard is very nice. |

Grandpa was very happy to see Sophie. |

Grandma couldn't wait to show Max how to throw a ball. |
