This is my second apartment in Santa Maria at 618-B East Mill Street as it looked in August 2010. I lived here from July 1966 to July 1970. I stopped smoking while I lived here. I also built a Heath Kit 21" color TV and finished it just in time to watch the landing on the moon. I married Peggy Grimes in 1967 and we lived here until it was time for our daughter Anne to arrive.

Note that my first apartment at 115 South Bradley Road was so bad I only lived there for two weeks.  I drove by but didn't take any pictures because I was afraid the illegal's living there wouldn't take kindly to having their picture taken.

The apartment complex was actually in pretty good condition abet a little over grown.

This little patio wasn't used much when I lived here but it is well used today.
